Default Longest Project Of All Time

Introduction
Been on the forum and drifting Scene for quite some time now, since I’m turning 17 in September so been looking out for a first car but the thought of Drifting got the better of me and were told about a Redtop Non-VVT Sr20Det for sale.
So we picked it up yesterday and brought it home. As the weight of a KE70 is 925kg the standard SR20 will fit well into this car (still need to get car), although this will not happen for a couple of years.

Parts I Have
Engine-loom, ECU, Inlet. Apexi AFM and apexi air filter, Gearbox. Stanard manifold might have.

Need
Standard Sr20det Turbo, Standard clutch, Uprated sump OHH and the smalll matter of the car

Engine Plans
The plans for the engine is to have a reliable engine preferably Close to stock as possible as a need to be able to insure the car it goes into.

All about the Car (hopefully KE70)
I have always had the fascination of old school cars, with minimal bodywork modifications (Wheels and lowered). One of my favourites has always been the 1979 Toyota corolla KE70. They come stock with a 1.3 litre engine which I will use until I am confident I can handle and control the car with more power.

Car Upgrades
This is hopefully what I will get for a KE70, Rota zero plus wheels, larger brakes, coilovers, Half roll cage (at very latest stage), full re-trim interior, Quad JDM style front lights and grill, JDM style Front lip

This is what i hope to achieve
